F.A.S.T. Program

What is the F.A.S.T. Program?

The FAST Program is our fun and fitness group that focuses on health, wellness and overall well-being. This program is designed to engage youth in physical activity for 1.5 hours each week. The goal is to teach youth healthy lifestyles and life choices. We encourage youth to stay active and healthy by providing healthy snacks during the program and engage in fun and interactive activities with staff and peers. This program has many community partnerships that allow for youth to experience activities such as skiing, snowboarding, 5K run/walks, trampoline parks and many more.
